Early Preschool Programs?

My son is 20 months, does anyone know of any early preschool programs? Something a couple days per week, that will actual help develop some of his skills like talking, learning shapes, and colors?

I'm looking for something that may require a parent co-op or inexpensive. We live in Cape Canaveral, but willing to drive for a good program.

Parent Co-op, or join a local MOPS group. He is young for institutional schooling. At this age, studies have shown no long term (into 4th grade) benefits from typical kids who go to preschool vs those that do not go to preschool. I teach at-risk kids, this group is the only group that benefits from preschool. Look into your parks/city recreation department. They may have a program available. As for now, you can 'teach' him from just experiences every day. Like 'pass me the yellow car." Or, 'Pass me one truck' then when he as that down "pass me one more". Libraries have great story times, these are perfect.
