Do I take any exemptions on my VA-4 Tax Form?

I am recently married, we both work 2 jobs and I am claiming zero and marriage but withhold at higher single rate thanks to the federal tax advice I received here. That, of course, begs the question, should I also claim zero on my state form?
Virginia doesn't have the withold at higher single rate option, but looks to be based on number of exemptions you take? Thanks

you should file your W-4 as you are legally entitled to do
it is a legal document and altho rare, there could be repercussions if you signed a legal document that was not correct
if you file a separate one for VA, it should follow the same
