Idk the BEST smelling. But Britney Spears smells really good, kinda expensive though. Not sure what it's called, it's in a hot pink bottle with like gems on it.

i dont use perfume that often but anything not too strong or fancy is good. usually malls have sample testers to test. buy accordingly to your tastes in scents and the occasion for the perfume.

when i do wear perfume, its always from the Bath and Body Works line. they aren't too strong and they can be used for any occasion, plus they have a wide varity of scents, (my favorite is Cherry Blossom.) they are much cheaper then the other brands. plus they make great gifts for friends and family.
