Do I need to trade for better RB?

Question

My RB's are:
Kevin Smith
Marion Barber
Darren Sproles
Tim Hightower
I am thinking of trading one of my top WR's, first should I do it and second what kind of RB can I get out for one of them:
Hines Ward
Vincent Jackson
Chad Ochocinco
Other receivers I have are:
Pierre Garcon
Mike Wallace
Lance Moore
Robert Meachem
I am looking to trade one of the top three guys but what would you try and trade them for, also I am in a keeper league if that gives any incite.
For completeness here is the rest of my team:
QB: Peyton Manning
TE: Heath Miller
TE: Donald Lee
Def: New Orleans
K: John Carney

First I would see if Ryan Moats is avaliable and add him for Donald Lee.
I would try trade one of your lower tier wrs for a lower tier rb with potential such as Shonne Greene or Beanie Wells.

Other wise I would try get a guy like Ray Rice for one of you top wrs.

i would suggest trading hightower and sproles. they are both playing awful football lately.
