What does My Dream Mean?

Okay so, ever since I stopped smoking, I have started dreaming a lot. All of them are really vivid and sometimes intense. Last night, I dreamed that I was kissing my ex-girlfriend's (of 10 year) sister last night. It was passionate, and I really felt the heart-sinking feeling that you get when kissing someone new......and someone forbidden. But, what does it mean ?

I don't know if I have feelings for her, because I haven't seen her in a long time, and it may be one of those irrelevant dreams.....who knows.
