Wetherby to filey cycle race advice?

well iv never done the race/ ride but i intend to next year i was just wondering how hard the race is what the big hills are like e.g. how steep and long is my fitness enough how long will it take


il be 16 by then i go cycling about once a month like 12 miles or something and thats ok i play rugby like 3-4 times a week but im chubby (2nd row) but quite tall nearly 6ft just wanting some advice and to know what to expect thanks !

You need to start riding your bike a lot more. One ride a month will do nothing for you. Chances are your butt is not even use to the saddle at all. You want to start riding as often as you can, it will help with your rugby and you will lose some weight.
