Fiance Visa Details: ie Payment and Mailing Address?

Hiya

I am submitting a fiance visa and I just have a few questions about details I want to be sure on.

Does it have to be a check for the payment? Would they accept a money order?

Also if I live in Pittsburgh what would the address be that I would send the visa into? I'm not sure I have the right address right now.
