Can THC complicate a blood test?

I'm going for a test of my immune system because of the swine flu outbreak. On my Outpatient Request Form the following are checked: LP, GLAC, TSH, all under Kidney Profile, CAL, CBC and UR. I want to avoid getting wrong results or whatever, but I smoke marijuana and I was just wondering if the THC in my body may throw off the results? And, yes, I know I shouldn't be smoking it, but that's my choice. So should I quit for a few days before the test, or does it even matter?

the thc in your system should definitely not throw off the other results of your screen. besides, if they don't search for it, they won't find it anyway. it's a separate test.
