Is there anything u have to do with hammerhead darts? Like oil the tips or anything?

My tips of my hammerhead darts are sticking so could I put oil on them to loosen them up?

The tips are supposed to be snug. The idea is that if you hit a wire the tip will retract absorbing the impact and the forward energy of the dart will continue into the board. If your tips are loose, they may already be retracted when you release them and if this is the case a wire hit will cause a fly out.You should always pull out and reset your tips before each inning, I will do it as soon as I retrieve my darts because the board itself can retract your tips.

Yes, you just do with hammerhead darts. It's always been like that and that's the way it in all probability will stay
