You don't need a Goddess. You already have Guardian Angel(s), guides, masters, teachers, and other angels available to you, on a 24/7 basis. Start using those, it only takes a bit of believing and practice. Ask for a parking space, near 'the door'. Or a nice table at a restaurant with out a prior booking.

I do not believe that to be possible, in the way that I understand in what you are asking. The Goddess cannot pay complete specific attention to one only person continuously and at all times. You can invoke her presence with a ritual to ask for aid in whatever it is you need, but afterwards she returns to her place in the universe to share her wisdom and strength to all. Basically though, she is always there to listen to all her children, even if not remotely there. The Goddess will lend her hand when is needed, or asked of for the good.
