Egypt; If i get an accounting degree from the US will i be able to work in Egypt?

Question

i was wondering if id be able to work in Egypt with an american accounting degree. also do the businesses in Egypt keep their transactions and stuff in english or arabic cuz i know a lot of the tegara colleges in egypt are taught in English. just curious thnx

this is what i'm thinking for myself as well..i'm in the same position as you
i'm trying to get degrees here that would help me work in egypt as well..
i though about accounting but I will try economics and finance (similar to accounting) because they have much better job opportunities internationally and are better paid..i think...so i'll try doing that and when i get my degree isa one of my places to apply will be egypt...so yea i think bussiness degrees can help you work internationally...
but i'll get my economics/finance degree if i fail to get into med school :P

Most American colleges teach GAAP rules and each country's financial reporting rules are different. So having a US degree would be helpful, but not necessarily applicable to the laws in Egypt.

It doesn't make any difference unless you know where you are going to work exactly.
