The wires on the new light fixture does not have any color and only have clear plastic around them. I also do not see any marking on the wires. Any other suggestions are welcome, thanks!

I don't see any grounding screw, I think I will attach the grounding wire to a metal part of the bracket on the fixture. Any ideas on how I can hook up the clear wires from the fixture to the black and white from the ceiling?

On your two clear wires, one has writing or a series of ridges/grooves on it, hook this wire to the white wire, black to other clear, run ground wire to a screw on back of light if possible.

UPDATE- Look for the ridges. the are really small running the length of the wire... microscopic
If not you could use a volt-meter and see which wire is conected to the little prong in the center of bulb socket. This is the hot/black wire
Hope this helps
