ooh thast cute

i suggest wearing white/cream stockings

or leggings but not 3/4th ones, i hate those
show no lower leg skin

i can see a burgundy ready blouse
or like a white v-neck with a red overcoat thing

maybe a knit red top, like a shall thing

and shoes depend on where your going

i personally think it would be cutest with simple black pumps

Throw on black tights + cute boots (preferably black uggs) + v neck tee (black or white) + cute long chain ( something black or silver...like rosery) + a hot bracelet

I go for a more grunge/hobo look
Something like i just woke out of bed and threw this on, but i still look hot kinda look lol

Wear it with an off-white (ivory) long sleeved thermal and off-white tights. Add tall brown boots and gold jewelry to finish the look.
