Hello friends,
I have done masters in usa and have got my H1 approval (I797) last year. Now I am going to India for a visit and need to get my H1 stamping.
My question is how difficult is it to get the stamping at the delhi consulate - I dont have a client letter but I have timesheets, emails and my badge from my client company.
