Do you need to move to the US/become a legal citizen to marry someone from there?

im 18, she is 18, she, lives in indiana, is it necessary for me or her to move countries to become legally married in either/both?

    No. As long as you do NOT intend to live in the USA you can come as a visitor, get married, and go home. You are allowed to stay up to 90 days as a citizen of the UK.

    You will be legally married in both the USA and the UK.

    She cannot go to the UK as your wife until she reaches the age of 21. This is the new immigration law there.
