Talk to a realtor, find out home prices in the area and whether or not you could sell for what is owed. Next step I guess would be considering a short sale.

- Sell your house as quickly as possible by pricing it lower than anything else comparable.
If it has to be a short sale, keep the bank informed. That at least is slightly better than a bk.0% 0 Votes
