If you were a landlord?

Would you rent to a tenant that had dismissed charges on their criminal report?

Charges would be :
larceny of a firearm and breaking and entering(when they were 16yrs old)


Remember the charges are 9 years old and the person has no charges after that and has had a great job for the past 5 yrs and makes enough money in 1 week to pay the monthly rent?????

It depends on the current attitude . If the person is still acting like a schmuk , no . If this person is a god fearing citizen , yes .
