we bought shrimp but its frozen how do you deep fry it

Defrost it first.

Then lightly cover in seasoned flour. Then dip in beaten egg, then finally dip into seasoned bread crumbs. Then fry it.

And don't do it frozen as they may well explode on you.

get a deep fat fryer make sure its at least 350 and dump some in and let them cool on a paper Towel to get read the grease and start again hope this helps if there not battered most stores have a batter use egg wash and then the batter make sure they are thud
