The cupholder that came on my computer is broken! Do you think my warranty will fix ti without me paying for it if I am still inside my warranty period limit?

aahhh an oldie but a goodie.......
for those who dont know - there once was a call to a help centre regarding the broken cup holder - the technician eventually figured out that the broken cup holder was actually the cd rom drive.
and definately NOT covered by warranty!!!
