So I had my final exams. And I put on a bit of weight. I knew this would happen, and I wasnt putting in effort to stop it. I decided if I was craving an iced cafe latte and a bagel at 10pm when studying at the library, I was going to go out and get one. And I swear the gorging during this difficult period helped me more than denying myself.
So now Im up to my last exam and now I want to start losing the weight.
What advice can you give to make this easier? And healthier? Im going on a beach holiday in December so I want to look appealing in my swimming costume!
