I live in metro manlia i need to know how to hookup 3 120v outlets to 220v system that has 220v outlets now?

there is 2 hots coming in to outlet box no white wire or ground wire the box itself must be grounded its a metel outlet box i know some houses here have 120v outlets with 220v outlets can i do the same without using those little transformers if you know how to do this hookup tell me how to do it i have all the wire and outlets & sub panel ready to go i just want to do this right thanks

You better buy a transformer for safety measure. Do not rely on the outlets at home for there are times you might absent-mindedly use the 220 one. Besides, there's a need to know your electrical capacity (i forgot its term).

You will need the common to separate the legs and return the unused. Get a pro to show you, or sit in at a hardware store lesson.
Ask at the neighbors for advice and a look at their set up.
