Where do I find Caller ID on my computer? We used to be able to get it.?

We have dial-up and it is important for us to be able to receive calls again.

That is very dependent on what you are using to get caller-ID on your computer. Some computers on dial up will use a Catch-a-call, a brand for a call waiting device to get caller-ID on their computer. Some have a software that allows for it. Some could get it through their modem, as it might have that feature. A little more detail, and then message me and I will try to help.
