Any ideas on better paying jobs for dyslexic people?

I have just learned that a new friend of mine is dyslexic. He would like to find a job that pays better than his current one (machine shop helper). I would like to help him, but I have no idea what jobs are within reach of someone with dyslexia. Any suggestions would be appreciated! He is smart, able-bodied, presentable, and speaks well.

Just tell him to apply at some places, they can't deny just because your dyslexic, if you can take on the task that they need you take on!
