Get lots of towels first (and a heating pad if you have one)
Usually momma dog will do all the work and you should have some time in between puppies to get help.
Watch for the first puppy to come out and only assist in pulling it out if mom dog doesn't. The mom should begin to tear into the sac surrounding it and then lick the puppy to make it cry. If the mom does not do this or is more preoccupied with eating the sac (normal) then pick up the puppy and vigorously rub it with the towel to get it squealing. Place the puppy next to the mothers nipple and it should begin suckling. Place the heating pad under some bedding/towels underneath the puppies and turn it to low to help keep the pups warm.
You need to call your parents or the vet if at all possible!
