How can I create an "owner" or Moderator for a Yahoo Group that no longer has one?

I belong to a Yahoo group that has no owner or moderator. Our owner's ID has been deleted, for some reason, and we only have one person who can make changes, but she can't create a new owner or moderator. HELP! :D

At the present time I don't believe it can be done but you could start a new group with a slightly different name and plug it on the current group by posting on the message board with a link.
