How can I heal a cut on my vagina?

Its just on the inside at the top of my outer lips. I got it from my bf spreading my outer lips apart to strongly. Are there any other females that have had this happen before? Every time my outer lips are spread to strongly I get a cut right at the top.

Try an epsom salt bath to help it. I used the salts when I was healing after my babies and it worked really well. Doesn't sting or irritate

This has happened to me...but unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. You'll just have to take it easy for a couple of days and wait for it to heal. Tell your bf that she is sensitive! Just take a day or two off and you will heal nicely! Good Luck!

make sure that you're boyfriend is less rough. don't spread them apart so far that it hurts. make sure they're spread apart so much as its painless to feel. not everyone gets those if they aren't rough

Nothing to worry about.
Apply a thin layer of vaseline over the cut. Try to refrain from vaginal intercourse for the next 2 to 3 days. However if you do have sex, use sufficient lubrication and avoid stretching out the cut any further.

I had the exact same thing happen to me a couple of months ago.
it was because I had dry skin there, when I never used to.
so they caused mine to crack and have a cut.

and it burned when my ex boyfriend went down and spread it too far.

just let it heal over time, give it 2 weeks.
I moisturized with non scented lotion.

It will just heal provided the lacerations were not that severe, you need to have your vagina rest for sometime to allow the torn tissues join again. In some cases if it gets worst due to infections, doctors prescribe antibiotics to help in the healing process.

Tell him to be more careful in the future and apply a little bit of vasaline, you may have to take a day or two off from sexual activity as well

Ouch! Tell your boyfriend to be more gentle. The skin down there is extremely delicate and sensitive. Just get some vitamin E oil, (pop open a capsule) and apply it to the cut. It should heal within a few days.
