Tattoo help? Another way to say...?

I need some help with narrowing down what Im doing with a tattoo. I plan to say "Evil Triumphs, When Good Men Do Nothing" for a tattoo. Is there perhaps a latin way to say it, or something more creative? Something creative possibly to do with the text maybe? I'm open for ideas of course. Just trying to plan it out well before i go in for a price or anything
