Everything is compatible, except for the memory which you choose. Although it is accepted by your motherboard, purchasing triple channel memory for a motherboard that supports dual channel at most, is not useful. Better would be to purchase two dual channel kits instead, instead of one triple channel kit of which one RAM module would not work in triple channel mode, as the motherboard does not support triple channel. Another thing regarding the RAM, make sure that you purchase a 64-bit operating system, as a 32-bit operating system cannot allocate more than 4GB of RAM.
