Which tv best fits this criteria kinda thing?

Hey there.
I want to buy a tv wall bracket and put it on my plaster wall. What is the best suitable TV for doing this? I presume it can't be to heavy otherwise it will tear the wall out.

Thanks,

Demo.

Any modern flat screen will serve you fine. Either LCD or Plasma.

If you are super concerned about just the weight of the TV, and well not its cost, you could look into LED LCD (from Sony, Samsung, Sharp, LG) or the V or Z series from Panasonic (their brand new thin profile Plasma). Those would all address weight concerns well (but are pricey).

But I think a normal LCD or Plasma with a good quality bracket will be just fine for you. You shouldn't have to spend extra on the thin profile just to make it okay for the wall, unless there's some kind of uniqueness about your wall that makes it weaker than a typical one.
