Before you use the chemicals, try to snake out the drain. It is most likely hair clogging the drain with conditioner and soap adding to the problem.
If you do not have a snake, even the end of a coat hanger may pull up the hairball that is down there.
You can help prevent this in the future by getting a drain trap. They are round discs made of soft vinyl material with a fine screen mesh in the center. The just sit over the drain opening. You can find them at Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, or even Walmart. They cost less than $3 and require no tools or knowledge to install.
