Where on the internet does it say Halloween is evil?

It is not an evil holiday, or at least I do not believe it is an evil holiday.

It is believed that Halloween began as a Celtic festival of Samhain and the Christian holy day of All Saints. It has now become a secular celebration. The ancient Celts believed that the border between this world and the Otherworld became thin on Samhain, allowing spirits (both harmless and harmful) to pass through. They honored family ancestors during this time too.
It is believed that people used to wear masks and costumes to scare off harmful spirits, but today it has just been commercialized.
Other rituals went o during this time to honor the harvest.

Ouija boards are theoretically used to communicate with spirits.
I've never used one, so I really don't know much about them.

The idea of witchcraft might have come from the old ceremonies many cultures participated in, but again, I don't know much about this either.

Take halloween like most do. A fun holiday to dress up, maybe get into character a little, and get some free candy. Yes, maybe there is a dark side to it, but that is almost always ignored. I've played the ouija board, and seen friends play it, never on halloween. "Evil" happens everyday. Not everyone uses ouija board, and i'm making a fairly educated guess that most don't use witchcraft. It's now just a fun holiday to get scared, get candy, and get into costume

God is the one that planned Halloween ahead. He is the one that invented the seasonal pumpkins, the colorful falling leaves, the brooms that come out to sweep the falling leaves, cats that like to wander around in the cooler night air, spiders that come indoors in October, longer spookier dark nights, howling winds, etc. He knew his human creatures would put it all together to make a holiday. Halloween means holy evening. It is named thus because it is the evening before All Saints Day. The evil guys not wanting to be left out, got their hot soup cauldrons out to do mischief.

mello yello has a great answer.
    Lon, does not.
halloween was originally celebrated as Samhain by the celtic pagans of ireland.
it was more of a new years than anything else and a day to spend time with deceased love ones.
the reason why it is called halloween now- taken from all hallowes eve is because the chritians, in their effort to get rid of paganism replaced pagan holidays with christian ones. so Samhain became the night before all saints day.
however the tradition of halloween as celebrated by the pagans was way too popular when it came to america, and that is how we choose to celebrate it.

there is absolutely nothing evil about the holiday and has nothing to do with the devil!
    - thats because the devil is a product of christian and catholic religions and has nothing to do with paganism.

http://tinyurl.com/yhtf2l3 - this article explains everything about where Halloween came from and why we do the things we do on halloween.
you can read the other parts of the series to learn about valentines day, easter and christmas- and how they were also stolen from the pagans by the christians.

No, it is a religious one with different types of religions. Hallows Eve before Saint's Day and Harvest celebration. Some religions thinks it is taboo, but as long as I remember you have the good with the bad.
