For all UFC 104 watchers: How did you determine?

Question

the fight outcome? What rounds did you give who, and for why?

I have 1,2,3 to Machida, Round 4 draw, and Round 5 to Rua.

1 was near draw, 2 was near draw. 3 was to machida. 4 was to machida 5 to rua


first two, no one was too impressive. couple strikes landed by each..
round 3, I felt that for some reason when I watched it a second time (after the controversy) I realized how much the commentators really hyped up Rua's game.

so round 3, rua landed a couple strikes, but was never ready to defend himself after landing. Machida was almost always ready after exchanging a couple blows (ready to block or attack more whereas rua had no such balance) Also machida landed some hard strikes this round, underrated hard strikes

I thought round 3 was the most exciting round sadly.
I think Rua is good, but doesn't have some signature techniques that he gets people on, he is quick though so his speed is working for him

I think Machida hits alot harder than it usually looks like he hits, because of his stance/type of training (probably did some extensive wrist strengthening and bone toughening exercises in karate)...

OK!! I couldnt watch the fight, but whats with all this DRAW BS? Its a 10 point must system. There is no round 4 draw. Its one fighter gets 10 the other gets 9 or less. So if a round seems too close to call, tough. Someone gets 10. The only way there can be any sort of draw is if the ref takes a point from someone for a foul. Now, the fact that everyone has different scores for different rounds & for different fighters. I figure this fight was really close. Too close to complain about one fighter not getting the decision. Its not like the Hamill, Bisping fight where Hamill won every second of every round & in my book won 30 to 26, but got robbed by the hometown voting of the judges.

Rojo, you said you didn't see it so how can you say it wasn't like another fight. Personally, i think Rua dominated every round. He had aggression and octagon control the whole time as well, which are other aspects they rate victories on.
