Costum issue, should I be worried?

My brother had a ladybug costum for Halloween and I havent seen him since yesterday. This morning there was that ladybug in my cereals and I swallowed it with milk cas I thought it was its falt fallin in ther. Now I have but a strang feeling bcs my brother is not around, should I be worried? What if it was him somehow, will he be ok? What should I do now, would drinking a lot of water help him getting out??
