Anyone out there spend any quality time in Djibouti, Africa?

Had a job interview...hear it has two seasons...hot and hotter than h*ll...

Yeah, I spent a few weeks there in 2007 while with the Marines. We landed on the coast and walked inland. It is extremely hot during the day but the nights are fairly comfortable. If you have ever been to dry climate with heat you already know the feeling.

There is not much vegetation, it's not that beautiful of a place. Every once in a while we would see a native emerge from out of no where and walk across the land. I still have no idea where they came from.

Have fun! I know I wouldn't want to go back!
