Internet Cafes is usually a good start-up business if you know a lot about computers in general and if you have a very good location to build it. I'm saying this because internet cafes don't require a lot of investments, and a lot of people who were tempted to enter this business usually didn't even know anything about computers. They just hire a techie guy and depend on him for everything... (this poses a problem if your techie guy cannot be trusted).
You have to have a good location, a place where internet cafes are not saturated. Some business owners place it near schools, but as you might expect this may already be a saturated market. I would suggest a place where there is a junction of 2 or more brangays if possible. A cross street perhaps where it is easily accessible.
The thing to remember and consider is, only a limited number of internet cafes (around two to three) can be supported by a community with small population. so consider how many internet cafes are near you. if none your'e lucky!
