Who are the 3 holy man that abraham saw in his tent in genesis 18:1-8?

Genesis 18:1-8
1 AND the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;
2 And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,
3 And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:
4 Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree:
5 And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant. And they said, So do, as thou hast said.
6 And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth.
7 And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it.
8 And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.
How does it relates to John 8:56-59?

John 8:56-59
56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.
57 Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?
58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.
59 Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

Well you pretty much answered the same as in judges 13:6.

Then the woman came and told her husband, saying, "A man of God came to me and his appearance was like the appearance of the angel of God, very awesome. And I did not ask him where he came from, nor did he tell me his name.

    As mentioned in Hebrews 13:2

Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it

They were men of God. Messengers of God, who are his messengers? The Angels, they were immediately recognized because of who they were and more importantly because of who they were representing.

    "EDIT " TO ZVI

I am sorry but you were wrong and here's proof

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

    Who was the Living Word?

    John 1:14

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Reading John 1:1 through 1:14 and on pretty much lays it out.

They were Jesus, yes Jesus and two angels, probably the two angels who destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. What the angels' names were, I haven't the foggiest. They were also probably on their way to Sodom and Gomorrah, with Jesus accompanying them when they met Abraham.
Oh! ZVI, For the record...Jesus was alive even before Abraham...Trillions of years before Abraham. After all, we must remember who Jesus is.
