A question about international roaming?

My girlfriend is in the USA and I'm in Australia, because she is using international roaming she is getting charged I think around 80 cents per sms. Which doesn't bother her in the slightest cos she has lots of money lol. My question is, is my sms rate supposed to stay on 25 cents per message? Since she is using international roaming on a phone and sim card she bought over here technically I wouldn't think it would class it as me sending an international sms would it? I was just wondering because I'm still only getting charged 25 cents per message where I thought I was supposed to be getting charged 35 cents for an international sms (unless its because of the international roaming thing on her end that I'm not getting charged as an international sms) and she is getting charged 80 cents or so and I'm kind of feeling a bit guilty that she is getting charged and I'm not.

If your girlfriend is using and Australian SIM Card and phone number you will only be charged as if she is still in Australia (i.e. your SMS rate will stay at 25 cents.)

Whilst overseas your girlfriend gets charged a higher rate to SMS you, but she won't be charged to receive an SMS from you.

If you call her however, you'll get charged the normal rate as if she is still in Australia but she will pay an extra rate to receive your call.
