If you get a dui in the military can you ride a motor scooter on post?

Short version: No.
Long Version: My old barracks roommate was in the same situation. But the PM office takes away all motorized privileges on post when you get a DUI. So basic rule of thumb is if it's motorized, you can't use it. Cause to use it you have to register it. And when you go to do that, your DUI Red Flag pops up and your boned. Sorry bud. On a good note, you can ride a mountain bike still though.
