No, I don't agree with it. A man who can't love a woman can't be happy with any woman.

I think its true to some degree. Obviously men can be happy with women they love. but I think what its saying is that love can sophisticate some feeling of happiness. I dont really like the quote becaused it classifies all men into one category. which is bullshit...

That's very true, being gay helps as you think of them as friends and not as sexual partners so that in effect makes you happy as you're not complicating your relationship with them by bringing sex into it.
