I don't think so. The books are way better than the movies, and the movies never do the Harry Potter books justice. It will probably be a popular movie amongst Harry Potter fans and that's it.

It could be. I thought the 6th one rocked. It was a little different from the books (I so wanted to see how Harry and Ginny really got together in the common room) but it was good. The 7th book was so great, it has the potential to be an amazing movie. One thing I believe is holding it back though is trying to make it PG. Harry is more grown up, and the books deal with more violence. Keeping it PG will hurt it's chances of really living up to what it could be. Just hope the director doesn't blown it. It could be SO GOOD! One of the best. And why not? The series is one of the best selling books of all time. It clearly has a shot.

Not a miracle, but being the last story (in two parts) of a movie series with millions of fans surely will be good at the box office.

Yea. The Harry Potter movies are awesome!! The books are better but the books are always better for any book made into a movie. I love HP. And DH sounds like it will be an amazing movie!

Well, I certainly hope the DH film is better than HBP.

But I don't think so. The HP films are a constant disappointment and hardly worthy of the name.
