Whats a Good fantasy book?

Question

I am looking for a fantasy book to listen to on a 13 hour car ride. I have read very many book in the genre and any recommendations would be great. Below is a list of what i have read and how i liked it.

scale of 1-10 10 being awesome.
Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin - 11
The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan - 10
MistBorn by Brandon Sanderson - 9
The Dark Tower by Steven King - 9
Eragon by Christopher Paolini - 8
The Sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind (books 1-5 - 8, book 6 - 12, books 7-11 - 6)
Vampire chronicles by Anne Rice books 1-4 - 7
Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling - 7
Pendragon by DJ MacHale - 5

Thanks all i can think of now. Again, any help would be great.

Additional Details

I would really rather have a book that doesn't have a young immature main character if that's possible in fantasy.

I'd recommend any David Gemmel book, the best in my opinion are "Sword in the Storm" and " Midnight Falcon."

The Rangers Apprentice...not very well known, but I liked it.

Try the Deathgate Cycle (or Series) by Weiss and Hickman. Easy to read but totally awesome.

You could try The Book of Lost Things. It's a bit different from what you usually read but I think you'll still enjoy it. The main character is twelve years old, though I would say he is more childish than immature.
