Is Archos 504 80GB mp4 player sceen bigger or Archos 705 80GB?

Question

am hoping to buy an archos and am having problems knowing which is bigger I am hoping to put pictures from the internet on the archos does it resize the images when you put the pictures onto the archos the pictures are kind of big

The 705 has a 7 in and the 504 has a 4.3 in both are widescreen but id personally go with the 504 cause of the price
