Don't try .. They only are scammers ! I tried once and I paid although they said it was free !!.. Be careful so..

no, Colombia cell phone companies charge you for message and same in US some companies offed free income text.now if you have you friend email add him as a contact and add they phone # then just send the message by that way,you friend maybe charge in they cell for the message but at lease you don't get involved in a scam.
must people use a prepaid cell phone system in colombia,since is cheap for them to manage they budget
