Whats the name of this movie?

Ok, I saw this movie a long time ago. I really liked it but i can't remember actor names or the title. So I am gonna tell you what i remember of the plot and if that rings any bells please tell me. It took place in a summer camp. There was this girl that was a virgin and in some moment she emerges out of the water having a net on her, but you can still see her breasts. In this scene there are two guys watching her.At the beginning of the movie she appears with a see through long skirt (i think it's also pink) and everybody thinks she's a little stupid. Later she has sex with one of them.They make a habit of hooking up behind the room everybody gathers for the meals. At first their relationship is filled with passion but it gradually worns out. She has a slutty friend and at some point she asks her why she would want to put in her mouth the thing a guy pees from. There is also a cute gay guy and in the end a fat kid tells him he thinks he's gay too but the cute gay guy tells him to rethink it and that he is too young to know. That's all I can remember. I've been looking for this movie everywhere. Thanks a lot in advance for your help!!!

It's NOT a musical, or a thriller. Ok, so i remembered that the girl with the see-trough skirt was blonde. Her slutty friend was a brounette.
