I'm starting to drive my bf crazy.. what can I do to stop my snoring?

Lose weight and sleep only on your side. If all else fails, see your doctor and see if you have an impairment in your nasal passages that might be causing this.

If you have a sleep apnea, this can seriously disrupt your sleep and cause health problems.

After a sleep study, you can be prescribed a CPAP machine.

Mine eliminated my snoring immediately.
