Really paranoid after minor "attack"?

Well if u could call it an attack. :|

Ok so i was in greenwich (So no were messed up) today and i was with my brother,His girlfriend & my mum. out side the cutty sark station these's a subway so my brother went in there to get something to eat so me,my brother girlfriend(grace), my mum and myself were waiting outside and this Man of Color about 28-40 years old came up to me (i didn't see him) knelt down and GRABBED MY LEG! Grace just looked at him and was like "Hunter....there's someone holding you're leg....!" he got up. looked at me and smiled and walked of! Then after a bit of laughing and "What the f*ck was that"-Ing He walked back past Again like 5 Min's later and looked at me... Can anyone tell me why he did this?? Im quite confused,scared and Very PARANOID!- Is it saf to go back there?- I live about 2 mints from were it happened!

Btw i just turned 17 But i do look MUCH younger, Maybe about 14 or 15, He didn't look like a tramp as he was dressed in "Decent" clothes and a ski hat ( http://www.amtmarketing.com/itemthumb/be… - A black version of that, idk what there called!) Iv asked this question a few times but not got a Full answer, Can anyone help me! thanks

Also i was not wearing anything "reveling"- It was a black mini dress (when i say mini i mean About 3 inch from my knee , so not that short) with Leggings and Boots that went up 3/4 of my calves But they only have about an Inch heel on them,

also i didnt say anything to him because i was just Looking at him in schock, at first i thought it was someone i might have known, But it was not and then he walked of.

Last night i was thinging all sorts of things like "Could it have been for t.v" And my mum was like oh dont be silly, it was just a Very sick Guy!

    Dear One, That man is a very ill person. It was not your fault that he touched you. I am glad you were with family at that time. When things like that happen so suddenly, shock is completely normal and not being able to speak. Be careful and if you see him again, get a cop or someone. Walk the other way etc. Take good care of you.

    Maybe you should buy pepperspray or a tazer, or next time you see him kick him in the testicles, he'll probably fall to the ground in pain or pass out.
