What are some of Marcel Proust's contributions to science?

I have to do a flap book on some philosophers in science in chemistry but my text book has nothing about Marce Proust and when i search it up on the internet i couldnt get much! please help:]

He was a novelist. As far as I'm aware, his scientific contributions are too few to even make a list of one from. That may explain your problems with finding information on them
