Can someone tell me why this happened? Im Very scared!?

Question

Ok so i was in greenwich (So no were messed up) today and i was with my brother,His girlfriend & my mum. out side the cutty sark station these's a subway so my brother went in there to get something to eat so me,my brother girlfriend(grace), my mum and myself were waiting outside and this black man about 28-40 came up to me (i didn't see him) and GRABBED MY LEG! Grace just looked at him and was like "Hunter....there's someone holding you're leg....!" he got up. looked at me and smiled and walked of! Then after a bit of laughing and "What the f*ck was that"-Ing He walked back past Again like 5 mins later and looked at me... Can anyone tell me why he did this?? Im quite confused,scared and Very PARANOID!

Btw i just turned 17 But i do look MUCH younger, Maybe about 14 or 15

OMG thats really scary!..hes probably some kinda molester..you have every right to be paranoid and scared...i wouldnt go back there ever! eek!:{
