Pharmacy technician a good career?

Hi im in high school and i want to be a pharm tech. I'm really good in dosage calculation and reading medical abbreviation. Im jus wondering is it a good job like salary wise. (Mississippi)

The average income is $13/hour. Most get frustrated and leave the job within 5 years. It is a high stress, low income job.
You can make a livable income if you work in a hospital.

    A medical career is always worth considering, from nurses and doctors right down to hospital cleaning staff. The site in the box below has some great tips and tricks on entering this splendid line of work. My brother got some great assistance from there before getting a career as a medical admin assistant.
