when God created love he didn't help most
when God created dogs He didn't help dogs
when God created plants that was average
when God created hate we had a standard utility
when God created me He created me
when God created the monkey He was asleep
when He created the giraffe He was drunk
when He created narcotics He was high
and when He created suicide He was low

when He created you lying in bed
He knew what He was doing
He was drunk and He was high
and He created the mountains and the sea and fire at the same time

He made some mistakes
but when He created you lying in bed
He came all over His Blessed Universe.

if she is into poetry and reads a lot of poetry then this is good for her
but if she is an average girl

No. It's more about insulting God by calling him drunk and blaming Him for hate, suicide, and narcotics than it is about love.

There are many better love poems out there.

No. Not unless she has a sick sense of humor. It could be good with a few changes. Like the ending for goodness sakes is a little gross.

when God created dogs He was planning
when God created hate He needed
when God created me He was incomplete
when God created monkey He was closer
when God created giraffe He was joking
when God created narcotics He was frustrated
and when He created suicide He was about ready to give up

When He created you lying in bed
He knew what He was doing
He was giving hope to the suicidal
Something better then drugs
You could smile at the giraffe
and inquire about the monkey
The dogs would protect you
The plants would shelter and sustain you
Hate would have an adversary
and Love would have a purpose
You would complete me

i don't think you should give it to her. It's good, i'm surprised at myself because usually i don't like repetition but i really do like it. It's just i don't everybody would understand it, and some girls are very touchy about this kind of thing, they could take it to mean something completely different. But only you know who you are talking about so i guess it's your call, can she take this?

P.S Change the tittle

that's not a very good idea... the message of the poem isn't about mutual love i'm not even sure if it's about God's love... just think of what the girl has to say when she reads that... It's either she'll think you are trying to convert her to your religion or you bought your bible from the bloke downstairs...
choose a poem that says i love you from 1st to the last line...
